Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT
- A cohort of high-achieving psychology students from Eastern Connecticut State University were honored at the annual Psychology Honors Night and Psi Chi Induction Ceremony on April 23. Among the recognized students were Kelly Bielonko of Willington, who majors in Psychology and was inducted into Psi Chi., and Kayley Crooke of Willington, who majors in Psychology and was awarded the departmental High Distinction Award. Psi Chi is the international honor society for the field of psychology. Eastern students who are inducted into Psi Chi must attain a 3.5 GPA in psychology and a 3.0 GPA overall.
- This spring 2018 semester, Eastern Connecticut State University students were inducted into the Alpha Mu Alpha (AMA) national marketing honor society. Among the inductees was Michael Masinda of Willington, who majors in Business Administration. AMA recognizes senior undergraduates who have a marketing concentration in the Department of Business Administration and hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
Nichols College, Dudley MA
- At their May 5, 2018, graduation from Nichols College, 499 students in the Class of 2018 received degrees. Two were from Stafford: Victoria E. Utter and Jonathan R. Whitcomb each graduated with an MSOL.
