McDaniel College was named among the top tier of liberal arts colleges in the nation in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges rankings.
The rankings, which were released Sept. 12, show McDaniel coming in at 134, according to the U.S. News & World Report website.

In addition, McDaniel has been named among A+ Schools for B Students, highlighting colleges that “truly seek a broad and engaged student body,” according to U.S. News.
McDaniel is also among the top 30 liberal arts colleges in the nation, according to Washington Monthly, according to the news release.
As Maryland’s top independent liberal arts college in MONEY magazine’s 2017 Best Colleges for Your Money list, McDaniel is one of the best colleges in the nation for educational quality, affordability and alumni success for the third consecutive year, according to the news release.
