Suspect in custody in connection to Marymount University bomb threat

WASHINGTON — A suspect has been taken into custody in connection to a bomb threat at Marymount University made on Sunday.

The university campus remains evacuated since around 11:30 a.m. as Arlington County Police investigate the threat.

Police said that K9s are around campus “out of an abundance of caution.”

Arlington County Police tweeted out that the public should avoid the area.
