Stackel named to All-District academic team

Claire Stackel of Le Moyne College garnered Northeast-10 Conference fall sports student-athlete academic honors in women’s soccer.

Stackel, a sophomore midfielder for the Dolphins and a Copenhagen graduate, was named to the conference’s College Sports Information Directors of America All-District team. She recorded a 3.90 grade-point average as a finance major at the college.

Stackel led Le Moyne in goals (five) and points (11) in 14 games with the team this past season.

The Dolphins finished at 7-10 for the season, including 6-8 in conference play.
